Job Summary

To support operational needs, the part-time Seasonal Scheduling Coordinator will coordinate daily scheduling for representatives, monitor staffing gaps, and ensure seamless communication and workflow in a remote environment through September 8th, with potential for extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily scheduling of reps in collaboration with Team Leads and internal teams
  • Use software tools to manage and update schedules, ensuring accurate communication with reps
  • Monitor staffing gaps and proactively address scheduling conflicts to maintain workflow
Required Qualifications
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with software tools such as Dial Pad, SalesForce, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in scheduling or administrative support is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Flexibility to work 20-25 hours per week, adhering to scheduled shift hours
