Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Support Representative to assist summer camp clients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Correspond with camp staff and parents via email and phone
  • Triaging calls and help tickets, and escalating cases as necessary
  • Troubleshoot issues within the system and process payments and refunds
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced customer support role
  • Willingness to work a consistent 40 hours per week during the summer
  • Ability to learn and engage with software quickly
  • Empathy and diplomacy for handling difficult conversations
  • Strong multitasking and critical thinking skills
