Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal Support Representative to assist summer camp clients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Correspond with camp staff and parents via email and phone
- Triaging calls and help tickets, and escalating cases as necessary
- Troubleshoot issues within the system and process payments and refunds
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced customer support role
- Willingness to work a consistent 40 hours per week during the summer
- Ability to learn and engage with software quickly
- Empathy and diplomacy for handling difficult conversations
- Strong multitasking and critical thinking skills
