Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support high-volume recruitment initiatives for the teleSales group
- Partner with Sales hiring managers to attract critical talent for their teams
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- A minimum of three years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in the insurance industry or contact center environments
- Extensive working knowledge of Workday Recruiting
- Experience with various software, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Passion for delivering a top-notch candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
