Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (High Volume).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support high-volume recruitment initiatives for the teleSales group
  • Partner with Sales hiring managers to attract critical talent for their teams
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • A minimum of three years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in the insurance industry or contact center environments
  • Extensive working knowledge of Workday Recruiting
  • Experience with various software, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for delivering a top-notch candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
