Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator - Seasonal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule high-volume interviews and communicate with candidates regarding their recruiting status
  • Review background checks, coordinate hiring decisions, and maintain recruitment trackers
  • Provide HR operations support, including administrative tasks and acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Workday, or other HRIS platforms
  • Solid understanding of HR and employment laws
