Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Tax Customer Support Representative - Seasonal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product support to customers via email and live chat without offering tax advice
  • Participate in meetings and provide feedback on customer interactions
  • Work evenings and weekends during the tax season (December to April)
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with live chat and ticketing platforms
  • Ability to work within customer service metrics like CSAT and First-Time Response SLAs
  • Prior tax experience or strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations
  • Comfortable handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Tax Return Information (TRI)
  • Proactive in sharing insights for improving processes and enhancing customer experience
