Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Tax Customer Support Representative - Seasonal.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product support to customers via email and live chat without offering tax advice
- Participate in meetings and provide feedback on customer interactions
- Work evenings and weekends during the tax season (December to April)
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with live chat and ticketing platforms
- Ability to work within customer service metrics like CSAT and First-Time Response SLAs
- Prior tax experience or strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations
- Comfortable handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Tax Return Information (TRI)
- Proactive in sharing insights for improving processes and enhancing customer experience
