Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Tax Lead EA/CPA REMOTE (Weekends Only).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and motivation to the tax team via video, phone, and chat
• Monitor and support the tax support communication channels, ensuring timely assistance
• Address customer-facing issues and document interactions for coaching and escalations

Required Qualifications

• Actively credentialed Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with an active PTIN
• 1+ years of experience in a remote supervisory role leading teams of 5 or more tax professionals
• 2+ years of experience preparing and filing individual (1040) tax returns using professional software
• Strong technical skills in navigating tax software and Microsoft 365 applications
• A dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection and personal computer
