Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff in reviewing tax adjustments and legal entity information for compliance filings

• Review and support the accurate preparation of tax accounting and regulatory reporting

Required Qualifications

• Experience in federal income tax compliance and reporting
• Strong background in generally accepted accounting principles and statutory insurance accounting
• Ability to conduct research and analysis on complex transactions
• Experience supervising and developing team members
• Broad understanding of insurance reporting and business operations
