Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Tax Manager Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure project obligations are met
Analyze daily/weekly reports and take necessary actions to maintain performance standards
Assist experts in tax advice and preparation, guide onboarding process, and provide customer support

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 seasons of professional tax preparation experience with 30 tax returns prepared
Prior tax preparation experience in tax practice or retail setting
PTIN required, EA, CPA, or JD preferred
Knowledge of tax laws, concepts, and familiarity with form 1040 and schedules
Willingness to utilize audio/visual tools to communicate with customers
