Seasonal Tax Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a large seasonal workforce, the full-time Temporary Manager of BT Prep Operations will recruit, onboard, and manage up to 100 temporary employees while ensuring operational consistency and high-quality results during the busy tax season, working remotely through April 15, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and assist in hiring seasonal temporary team members
• Monitor employee productivity and manage performance expectations throughout the busy season
• Communicate operational updates and foster a positive team culture among seasonal employees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Three or more years of experience leading teams in fast-paced operational environments
• Demonstrated experience in managing employee performance and conducting difficult conversations
• Proven ability to manage large teams with multiple competing priorities
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
