Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Tax Preparer to provide support to the tax preparation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing federal and multi-state individual and trust income tax returns
• Utilize Lacerte tax preparation software and prepare excel spreadsheets for trust accounting
• Review documents for accuracy and perform tax technical research as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• Knowledge of tax laws and concepts
• Active PTIN
• Familiarity with Form 1040 and/or Form 1041
• Strong technical skills
