Seasonal Tax Research Representative

Job Summary

To support the Tax Institute's efforts, the seasonal Tax Research Representative will assist in resolving clients' tax law questions while working remotely in a part-time or full-time capacity, utilizing Salesforce and applying tax knowledge to provide accurate information.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce to manage and track incoming tax law questions from tax professionals
• Review and respond to tax-related inquiries, applying current tax law knowledge
• Communicate primarily through chat, ensuring clear and timely responses to inquiries

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience
• Demonstrated tax law knowledge with strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain focus on detailed tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
