Key Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation
• Address product and software inquiries related to tax filings
• Create high-quality customer interactions and document customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• Must be an active/enrolled student at Marshall University
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must pass a background check
• Willingness to request a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
