Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Lead EA/CPA REMOTE (Seasonal).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and motivation to the tax team via video, phone, and chat
• Monitor the Tax Support Slack Channel and respond to requests for assistance
• Address issues and challenges in leadership channels and ensure timely resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Actively credentialed U.S. based Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with an active PTIN
• 1+ years of experience in a remote supervisory role leading teams of 5 or more tax professionals
• 2+ years of experience preparing and filing individual (1040) returns using professional tax software
• Strong technical skills in navigating professional tax software and Microsoft 365
• Access to a dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection and personal computer
