Seasonal Travel Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Travel Contact Center Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve members and clients via telephone, email, and web chat for travel reservations
• Book and counsel members on domestic hotels and car rentals
• Provide excellent customer service while meeting or exceeding production goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of Retail Sales and/or Travel experience
• Work experience to include Invoicing
• Proficiency with computer software programs and internet access
• Proficiency with Geography
