Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Travel Contact Center Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide member and client support via phone, email, and web chat for travel reservations
• Book and counsel members on domestic hotels and car rentals
• Utilize automated airline reservation systems and meet established production goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of Retail Sales and/or Travel experience
• Experience with invoicing
• Proficiency with computer software programs and internet access
• Knowledge of Geography
