SEC Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SEC Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft SEC reporting documents, including Form 10-Ks and 10-Qs
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy of financial disclosures
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting and perform SOX compliance testing

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in financial reporting or accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Active CPA license and Big 4 public accounting experience
