Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Legal Counsel (SEC) for a 12+ month contract assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on SEC filings and public company matters
• Draft and review SEC disclosures and corporate governance documents
• Support disclosure controls and manage relationships with external counsel

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and current Bar membership
• 3-5 years of experience in securities and public company law
• Strong understanding of public company and corporate governance regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage complex assignments
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
