SEC Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SEC Reporting Analyst to support its Corporate Accounting team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review quarterly 10Q filings for accuracy and compliance with SEC standards
• Trace financial data to supporting workpapers and validate completeness
• Prepare and review quarterly accounting memos and summaries

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Proven experience in SEC reporting, preferably in a public company
• Proficiency in Workiva, OneStream, and Microsoft D365
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
