Job Summary
A company is looking for an SEC Reporting Analyst to support its Corporate Accounting team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review quarterly 10Q filings for accuracy and compliance with SEC standards
- Trace financial data to supporting workpapers and validate completeness
- Prepare and review quarterly accounting memos and summaries
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- Proven experience in SEC reporting, preferably in a public company
- Proficiency in Workiva, OneStream, and Microsoft D365
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
