SEC Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SEC Reporting Manager to lead external financial filings and ensure compliance with SEC and U.S. GAAP regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and filing of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other SEC filings in compliance with regulatory standards
• Draft and maintain high-quality technical accounting memos for complex transactions
• Oversee disclosure checklists, tie-outs, and XBRL tagging in coordination with external vendors

Required Qualifications

• CPA required; Big 4 foundation strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or SEC reporting roles
• Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to S-1 or IPO readiness processes
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC disclosure requirements
• Experience with Workiva, NetSuite, or related tools is a plus
