Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• CPA certification is required
• 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including leading SEC filings
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and public company disclosure requirements
• Proficiency with SEC reporting platforms such as DFIN or Workiva
