Job Summary

A company is looking for an SEC Legal Research Analyst to support various securities-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in navigating and performing research tasks within the platform
• Conduct legal or factual research, document analysis, and regulatory citation checking
• Provide product support and assistance to customers

Required Qualifications

• College or university degree or equivalent work experience in U.S. securities regulations
• Prior experience in customer support
• Conceptual knowledge of U.S. securities regulations
• Familiarity with basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to receive instruction and guidance from others
