Secondary Lock Desk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Secondary Lock Desk Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and evaluate pipeline management reports daily
• Assist with modification and maintenance of eligibility and pricing rules in a front end pricing system
• Produce and distribute daily pricing/rate sheet for loan officers, management, and other staff

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 3 years of relevant work experience
• Lock Desk/Secondary Marketing experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Advanced knowledge of pricing structures and interest rate risk management
• Advanced analytical, research, and mathematical skills
