Secondary Marketing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Secondary Marketing Associate to support daily operational functions of the Secondary Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute daily mortgage rate sheets and ensure timely updates to internal stakeholders
• Assist with processing rate lock, relock, and extension requests to support lock desk workflow accuracy
• Perform data entry, reconciliation, and validation activities related to settled and locked loans

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Foundational understanding of mortgage lending, capital markets, or financial services environments preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• No certifications required
