Job Summary

A company is looking for a Secondary Social Studies Curriculum Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop social studies educational content for 6-12th grade students
• Ensure content is engaging, age-appropriate, and pedagogically sound
• Collaborate on special projects and continuously refine content based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time social studies classroom teaching experience at the 6-12th grade level
• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education or a social studies-related field
• Familiarity with writing lesson objectives and creating objective-aligned lesson materials
• Experience using technology to support instruction, including Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs
• Proven ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
