Secret Clearance Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic decision-making, the full-time Business Process Analyst will work remotely to collect and analyze program information, develop comprehensive Business Case Analyses, and prepare After-Action reports, requiring an active Secret clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Develop detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments, to support project initiatives
• Prepare After Action reports that objectively review project outcomes, highlighting successes and lessons learned

Required qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or an Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Certification in business analysis (CBAP) or project management (PMP) is desired
• Army experience is preferred, with a focus on Army NETCOM experience being a plus
• Proven experience in business analysis and program management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role
