Secret Clearance ICAM Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Secret Clearance ICAM Automation Engineer, this position focuses on hands-on coding, automation development, and AI integration to modernize Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and adhering to federal standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on coding and software development across multiple programming languages to support ICAM modernization initiatives
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and pipelines that streamline ICAM processes and deployments
• Apply AI and machine learning techniques to enhance ICAM capabilities, including anomaly detection and identity analytics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in ICAM engineering, development, or architecture
• 3+ years of hands-on software development or scripting experience across multiple programming languages
• Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting ICAM modernization efforts in a government or enterprise environment
• Active Secret Clearance required
