Job Summary
To support the Army Office of Energy Initiatives, the full-time Senior Management Analyst will provide policy, program, and business analysis support, focusing on energy policy research and operational analysis in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess federal legislation, Executive Orders, and regulatory drivers impacting program execution
- Evaluate governance and business operations to improve efficiency and deliver actionable recommendations
- Prepare and edit executive correspondence and senior-leader products
Required qualifications:
- Experience researching and conducting impact assessments of Department of War policy and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency using ETMS2 for task management and coordination
- Experience conducting organizational assessments and business process analyses
- Ability to develop performance measures and dashboards to monitor program effectiveness
- Must possess an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
