Secret Clearance Product Owner

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Microsoft 365 Product Owner with an active Secret clearance, this role focuses on leading HR automation initiatives for the U.S. Army by facilitating stakeholder workshops, documenting requirements, and translating business needs into Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation activities for HR automation using human-centered design principles
• Document and validate business, functional, and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Identify automation opportunities and develop detailed process maps and user stories aligned with Agile methodologies

Required qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst supporting federal or DoD clients
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Demonstrated experience in business process automation initiatives and applying human-centered design principles
