Job Summary
Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to a federal case management team, the full-time Federal Program Support Coordinator will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and track deliverables while working in a hybrid environment in the Washington, DC metro area.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for multiple case managers
- Track deadlines and prepare meeting materials, including agendas and briefing summaries
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders and maintain professional communication with federal clients
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of administrative or program coordination experience in a federal government or contracting environment
- Prior experience supporting DHS programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
- Active SECRET security clearance and US Citizenship required
