Secret Clearance Senior Proposal Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Secret Clearance Senior Proposal Writer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Volume Lead and/or Lead Writer for Technical and Management Sections of proposals ranging in value from $100M to $1B+, to include classified proposals
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Subject Matter Experts, and operations staff to collect data required for proposal development, serve as Technical Volume Book Boss or Volume Lead
• Write, edit, and revise proposal materials and coordinate with technical and program personnel to ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or a related business discipline or additional 4+ years' experience in lieu of a degree
• Ten (10+) years of proposal writing experience for a government contractor
• Experience as a Technical/Management Volume Lead, Book Boss, or Lead Technical/Management Writer
• Active Secret (or higher) Security Clearance
