Job Summary

Secret Cleared ServiceNow Business Analyst, this full-time remote position involves leading requirements gathering and process design for federal agency clients while ensuring compliance with federal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather and document business requirements aligned with agency goals
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications within Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Develop process maps and workflows, ensuring solution designs adhere to federal IT standards

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Level security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3 years on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
