Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on best practices and tools for managing business processes
• Define processes, governance, and metrics to support business programs
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and develop training materials

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship with the ability to pass a federal government background check
• Minimum of 3+ years as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
• B.A. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Advanced software skills including SharePoint and Visio
• Active Secret clearance or higher
