Secret Cleared Technical Support Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the sole certified Local TSM Administrator, the full-time Secret Cleared Technical Support Manager will manage deficiency record processes within the TSM system and ETC tool, supporting various trials and inspections while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training on the TSM and ETC systems to personnel involved in inspections and trials
• Track and manage deficiency records throughout their lifecycle, including preparation of technical briefings and reports
• Maintain a deployable mini-LAN for recording deficiencies during sea trials and ensure compliance with relevant requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least six years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Current Security+ certification, to be maintained throughout the period of performance
• Proficiency in the Government TSM system and ETC tool
• Knowledge of ship construction deficiency records management processes
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance
