Job Summary

A company is looking for a Secretary II to provide administrative support within the Call Center Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete internal paperwork and typing assignments with high accuracy
  • Maintain an organized filing system and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Act as a liaison between the office and other departments
Required Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited program in secretarial studies plus three years of full-time secretarial experience
  • Additional experience may substitute for the secretarial program on a year-for-year basis
  • Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required
  • Preferred proficiency in Outlook and knowledge of PeopleSoft and procurement policies
