Section 508 Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a federal client in delivering high-quality training solutions, the full-time remote eLearning & 508 Compliance Specialist will manage the design and development of instructional materials and eLearning modules while ensuring compliance with Section 508 standards and federal LMS requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the design, development, and delivery of training and program support materials aligned to client priorities
• Translate complex policy and technical information into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences
• Review and remediate documents and e-learning materials to ensure compliance with accessibility standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development
• Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including accessibility testing and remediation
• Certified DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester
• Demonstrated experience creating and testing documents and e-learning modules for Section 508 compliance
