Securities and Governance Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Securities and Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze SEC filings and coordinate with other departments
• Support corporate governance matters and environmental, social, and governance efforts
• Assist with capital markets transactions, compliance with securities laws, and corporate policies

Qualifications:

• J.D. with excellent academic credentials and top tier law firm experience
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• Minimum of five years' experience as a corporate and securities attorney
• Proven ability to prioritize workflow, meet deadlines, and manage cross-functional projects
• Strong business judgment and ability to take initiative and learn quickly
