Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor to support the existing client base by working with Lead Advisors or independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain existing client relationships by processing requests and resolving inquiries
• Assist Lead Advisors in preparing for client meetings and follow up on tasks
• Update and maintain client information in various planning tools and identify potential sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Previous financial services experience desired
• Securities and Life, Health, and Annuities registration required
• Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably 2+ years
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality work
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
