Securities and Insurance Associate
Job Summary
To support financial advisors, the full-time remote Securities and Insurance Associate will provide licensed financial and non-financial support, focusing on securities, investment advisory products, and insurance services while assisting in marketing and client relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Counsel and advise members/customers on suitable financial products and investment advisory services
- Facilitate product-specific seminars and workshops, and assist in business planning for the practice
- Conduct research and gather information to make suitable securities product recommendations
Required qualifications
- Must be securities registered (series 7 & 66 or 6 & 63) and appropriately insurance licensed for life/health and variable products
- Previous administrative or secretarial experience is desired
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with 2+ years preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work
- Basic understanding of Clearwater Financial Group's products and services
