Securities and Insurance Licensed Paraplanner

Job Summary

Supporting the advisory team remotely, the full-time Securities and Insurance Licensed Paraplanner will prepare financial plans, conduct investment research, and coordinate client service needs while collaborating closely with the Lead Advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to accounts, investments, and advisory services
• Assist in data entry and preparation of draft financial plans for advisor review
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation to ensure a seamless client experience

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of financial services experience preferred
• CFP certification required
• Must be securities registered (Series 7 & 66 or 7 & 63/65) and insurance licensed/appointed
• Willingness to complete Long-Term Care training as required by state regulations
• Strong technical aptitude with business tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
