Securities Finance Analyst, Series 7 & 63 Licensed

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of borrowed and lent securities, the remote Securities Finance Analyst, Series 7 & 63 Licensed, will maximize profitability while minimizing risk through collaboration with cross-functional teams and leveraging technology for operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute borrow and loan opportunities across various asset classes using manual and automated trading strategies
• Leverage SQL and AI tools to streamline tasks, develop analytical tools, and automate data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to optimize trading systems and manage risk controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical or trading role, with exposure to securities lending or short selling preferred
• Series 7 and 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel VBA, and AI automation tools; Go experience preferred
• Familiarity with core financial instruments and strong analytical skills
