Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a technical or trading role, with exposure to securities lending or short selling preferred
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Familiarity with core financial instruments and market mechanics
• High initiative and eagerness to learn about securities lending and advanced trading concepts
