Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Representative to provide customer support to financial professionals and their assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone and email support to financial professionals and their assistants in a timely manner
  • Maintain service standards for responsiveness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Educate users on self-service tools and collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in financial services
  • Exposure to brokerage operations or related platforms is a plus
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Series 99 license encouraged over time
