Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Representative to provide customer support to financial professionals and their assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support to financial professionals and their assistants in a timely manner
- Maintain service standards for responsiveness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Educate users on self-service tools and collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in financial services
- Exposure to brokerage operations or related platforms is a plus
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) preferred or willingness to obtain
- Series 99 license encouraged over time
