Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel-Securities.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on securities law compliance and regulatory requirements
• Provide legal support for equity and debt offerings and complex financing transactions
• Collaborate with internal departments and serve as a legal liaison for external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Member of the bar in good standing in all jurisdictions where licensed
• 5-7 years of legal experience focusing on securities law and corporate finance
• Deep knowledge of U.S. securities laws and regulations
• Experience advising on sophisticated financing transactions
