Job Summary

Securities Licensed Executive Benefits Coordinator, this contract position is remote and involves providing direct service to customer executives regarding non-qualified deferred compensation plans, including administration, operational processing, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional sales and service support to executives and representatives, including research of sensitive materials
  • Administer and enhance program-level services such as Required Minimum Distributions and Tax Reporting
  • Conduct training and manage departmental reporting to ensure data quality across systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Insurance, Personal Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
  • Three years of experience with Retirement Plans, Insurance, Investments, or related customer service roles
  • Proficiency with office automation tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
  • Preferred: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Examination, Series 6, and Series 65 licensing
