Securities Licensed Team Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Virtual Advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-15 licensed advisors to achieve annual revenue goals of $1.5M
• Conduct coaching and training to enhance sales skills and professional development
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure consistent client experience and performance management

Required Qualifications

• College degree in business, management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience as a financial advisor
• Possession of FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66, and Life/Health Insurance licenses (must be obtained within 120 days of hire)
• 5+ years of experience leading a team of 8 or more direct reports
• Eligibility for Securities and Insurance licensing in all 50 states and the District of Columbia
