Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit practical guidance on securities litigation topics and emerging trends
• Draft, review, and annotate practice notes, forms, and checklists
• Apply subject-matter expertise to support ongoing content development and collaborate with internal content teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of any U.S. State Bar (retired status accepted)
• 3+ years of recent securities litigation experience
• Solid understanding of securities litigation laws, trends, and best practices
• Experience drafting litigation documents, forms, or related guidance materials
