Securities Reconciliation Associate
Job Summary
Working remotely, the Securities Reconciliation Associate will perform research and analysis on client unclaimed property records, support multiple reconciliation projects, and apply updates in state unclaimed property systems.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research on the corporate history of publicly traded companies
- Analyze client records to determine necessary steps for reconciling stock holdings
- Format and normalize data to meet client reporting expectations and perform data entry of financial statements
Required qualifications
- Related experience working with financial data is preferred
- Associate's Degree
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and experience with database software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments independently
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future
