Securitization Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Securitization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support RMBS deal execution, including data preparation and due diligence
• Evaluate loan-level characteristics for optimal collateral pool construction and analyze performance metrics
• Assist in securitization structuring through cash flow modeling and deal sizing, while managing deliverables and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, or securitization
• Preferred experience in securitization and structured finance, particularly with investment banks or credit rating agencies
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with Intex, SQL, or Python is preferred
