Security Access Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Access Management Lead who will oversee day-to-day responsibilities related to security access management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee employee/consultant onboarding and offboarding, and manage access requests
• Serve as a point of contact for Identity Access Management (IAM) support inquiries and escalations
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities within IAM

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• 5+ years of IT Support experience focusing on IT Security and IAM
• 2-3 years of leadership experience
• Professional security management certification (e.g., CISSP, GISP, CIAM)
• Proficiency with Azure AD, Azure MFA, Azure PIM, and ServiceNow
