Security Advisor III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Advisor III to provide high-level post-sales support and mentorship within their Strategic Security Advisor team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Proficio Services, assisting with customer issues and process documentation
• Engage in advanced customer discussions to provide strategic consultation and tailor security solutions
• Mentor junior staff and cultivate customer loyalty through partnership and strategic guidance

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of network security infrastructure architecture and products (SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, endpoint, etc.)
• SIEM content development experience (ArcSight/Splunk preferred)
• Technical Cyber Security related certifications preferred (CISM, Security+, CISSP, etc.)
• Previous experience working for a managed services organization
• Customer lifecycle management experience from inception through all lifecycle stages
